This adventure tale originally appeared in Collier's, and later it found its way into the anthology Alfred Hitchcock's Baker's Dozen of Suspense Stories.
The only way I could share this within time limits in a font large and clear enough to read was to use the snipping tool to grab sections of the scanned pages. That's why the size of the font is a bit larger in some sections.
